Today is my birthday and I am officially 25 years old! I spent pretty much the whole day driving back from visiting my dad and Big Bend National Park. The West Texas desert is so beautiful, especially right on the border of Mexico where I was. I love going to my dad’s house because it is the bare basics out there, no TV, no internet, no people, no bullshit. It is a nice place to go to just get away from society for a few days and reconnect with nature.
